Welcome to the online registration platform for the Jockey Club Happy Senior Football Programme, organised by TSL Football Foundation (仁足社).
By submitting a registration, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility
The Programme is primarily intended for persons aged 50 or above.
Football training groups are generally arranged according to participants' age and category, including:
Ages 50–59 Group
Ages 60–69 Group
Ages 70 or Above Group
Women's Group
The Women's Group is open to female participants who meet the eligibility requirements of the Programme.
Individual training courses or activities may be subject to specific eligibility requirements. The requirements published for the relevant course or activity shall apply.
Foundation Training is primarily intended for beginners and participants who are interested in football but have little or no prior experience.
Advanced Training is primarily intended for participants who already possess basic football skills and relevant experience.
Football competitions organised under the Programme are primarily intended for participants who have joined the Advanced Training and meet the relevant competition requirements. Actual competition arrangements and eligibility are subject to announcement by the Organiser.
2. Registration and Places
All information provided by participants during registration must be true, accurate and complete.
All football training sessions and related activities under the Programme are provided free of charge.
Successful registration and participation arrangements are subject to confirmation or notification by the Organiser.
The Organiser may adjust group allocation or other arrangements according to course arrangements, participant numbers, availability, age, football experience or other operational considerations.
Where a particular group is full, the Organiser may place participants on a waiting list where appropriate.
3. Health and Physical Condition
Football training involves physical activity, and participants should assess whether their physical condition is suitable for participation.
Participants must truthfully disclose relevant health conditions, including chronic illnesses, medication and any other information that may affect their safe participation.
Participants confirm that the health and physical condition information provided in the registration form is true and accurate.
Participants who have any concern about whether their health condition is suitable for football training should seek advice from a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional before participating.
Participants shall be responsible for consequences arising from the concealment of relevant health information, provision of inaccurate information, failure to follow the instructions of coaches or staff, or inappropriate conduct during activities.
4. Safety During Activities
Participants must follow the instructions of coaches and staff during all training sessions, activities and competitions.
Participants who feel unwell during an activity should immediately notify a coach or staff member and stop or adjust their participation as instructed.
Participants should take part according to their own physical condition and ability and should not undertake activities beyond their reasonable capabilities.
The Organiser will take reasonable and appropriate measures to promote safety during Programme activities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
5. Attendance
Participants should arrive on time for registered training sessions, activities and competitions.
Participants must achieve an attendance rate of 80% or above.
If a participant is absent multiple times without a valid reason, the organiser reserves the right to make appropriate adjustments and arrangements at any time depending on the circumstances, including but not limited to cancelling their eligibility to participate.
6. Changes, Postponement or Cancellation
The Organiser may change, postpone or cancel training sessions, activities or competitions due to weather conditions, venue arrangements, safety considerations, coaching arrangements, government guidelines or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where there is any change to an activity, participants will be informed by SMS, telephone or other appropriate communication channels.
The latest arrangements announced by the Organiser shall apply.
7. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for taking reasonable care of their personal belongings during Programme activities.
Except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, the Organiser shall not be responsible for the loss, damage or theft of participants' personal belongings.
8. Photography and Video Recording
Photography and video recording may take place during Programme training sessions, activities and competitions.
Subject to the relevant consent provided by participants during registration, photographs and video recordings may be used for:
Activity records
Programme websites
Social media
Activity reports
Publications
Publicity and promotion of the Jockey Club Happy Senior Football Programme and related activities
The use of photographs and video recordings will be handled in accordance with the Organiser's applicable privacy arrangements and the consent provided by participants.
9. Personal Data
Personal data provided by participants during registration will be handled in accordance with the website's Privacy Policy.
Personal data may primarily be used for:
Registration processing
Training and group arrangements
Communication with participants
SMS and other activity notifications
Activity administration
Emergency contact
Safety and incident handling
Related administrative and record-keeping purposes
10. Changes to These Terms
The Organiser may update or revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time according to Programme operations, activity arrangements or other practical requirements.
The latest version will be published on this website.
11. Disputes
In the event of any dispute concerning registration, training, activities, competitions or these Terms and Conditions, the Organiser will consider the circumstances and make the appropriate determination.
